Slow Down

Always in a Rush?

To
bake a cake
at a fast rate.

To
travel across country
or from state to state.

Can we not
a moment take

to
Slow down

Hesitate?

Go ahead....

Breath deeply.
Smell the aroma?

Salivate.

Take another second

to

Observe
Creation.

At this point
why not

Meditate?
